Agreement before action

Define the Deal before anyone moves.

Item, condition, price, delivery window, and expectations are recorded upfront so both sides know exactly what they are agreeing to before protection begins.

  • Structured offers replace messy back-and-forth chat
  • Clear terms make disputes easier to prevent and easier to review

Deal Anatomy

A trust framework people can actually use.

Every step is visible, agreed, and time-bound. SHYLDA keeps the flow moving only when the next condition has been met.

1

Start Deal

A structured offer captures what is being bought, for how much, and under what conditions.

2

Accept Deal

The other side confirms the same terms, so the Deal starts from shared clarity.

3

Secure with Shyld

Trust Moment

The Buyer allocates the agreed amount to the Deal, and SHYLDA starts enforcing the agreed rules.

4

Fulfill

The seller records shipment and proof inside the agreed delivery window.

5

Confirm

The buyer checks the item against the agreement and confirms only when it matches.

6

Complete Deal

Release happens only when the agreed conditions are met or the agreed release window ends.

Beyond the happy path

Designed for real-life Deals.

Things change. People play more than one role. SHYLDA keeps the next step clear without making everyday Deals feel complicated.

Seller and Professional Offices

Different work. The same clear Deal foundation.

Product Sellers and service Professionals keep distinct public identities while the Deal records what each side must do before fulfillment begins.

Professional

No more scope creep

Every deliverable, milestone, and turnaround is set in writing before work begins. The agreement holds — no 'oh, and one more thing.'

Professional

Milestones stay connected to proof

The Professional sees the agreed Buyer allocation before work begins. Each confirmed milestone follows the release condition recorded in the predefined agreement.

Seller

Fulfill with the Deal already clear

The Seller sees verified Buyer allocation, delivery conditions, and required proof before preparing the product. The Buyer sees the same agreement.

Seller

Buyers come asking, not just browsing

Live buyer requests arrive with budget and timeline already on the table. You respond inside the same structured agreement — no extra setup, no separate flow.

Both sides

Final terms are reviewed together, then Secure with Shyld activates. Fulfillment begins only after both sides accept the same Deal.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they trust a Deal system.

Clear answers about how SHYLDA structures Deals, keeps consent visible, and follows predefined release rules.

What is SHYLDA?

+

SHYLDA is trust infrastructure for ethical Deals. It helps Buyers and Sellers agree terms upfront, allocate the Buyer's agreed amount without giving up ownership of it, and follow rule-based release conditions instead of relying on blind trust.

When should I use SHYLDA?

+

Use SHYLDA when a Deal matters enough that both sides need clear terms, visible proof, and a structured release process. That includes buying from Instagram or WhatsApp sellers, peer-to-peer Deals, creator commerce, and discovery-led purchases that need trust.

Does SHYLDA hold buyer funds?

+

No. SHYLDA is non-custodial. The Buyer allocates the agreed amount to the Deal while retaining ownership of it throughout. SHYLDA enforces the Deal rules — it does not become the custodian of buyer funds at any point.

Is SHYLDA only for Deals discovered inside SHYLDA?

+

No. SHYLDA can be used for Deals that begin outside SHYLDA as well. A buyer can invite a seller from social media or another channel, bring the Deal into SHYLDA, and rely on the same agreement, proof, and release flow.

How does SHYLDA protect sellers too?

+

Sellers benefit because the Buyer's agreed allocation is verified before fulfillment, the agreed conditions stay visible, and Disputes follow a structured evidence trail instead of a private argument. The same rules remain visible to both sides.

Why use SHYLDA instead of a direct transfer?

+

Direct transfers often happen before terms, proof, and release conditions are clear. SHYLDA keeps the Deal structured first, records what both sides accepted, and follows the predefined release rules after fulfillment.

Is SHYLDA a payment processor?

+

No. SHYLDA is non-custodial Deal infrastructure. It enforces structured agreements and rule-based release conditions without taking ownership of Buyer funds. Where payment infrastructure is required, licensed financial partners provide it. See our Protection Principles for the complete operational model.

Can SHYLDA release funds without the Buyer's approval?

+

SHYLDA cannot release funds unilaterally. Release follows the Buyer's completion action, the predefined agreement—including an agreed auto-release rule—or participant agreement recorded in the Deal.

What happens if a dispute never gets resolved?

+

Release remains paused while the Dispute is active. The participants can keep working toward a recorded agreement. If they cannot agree, the Deal follows its predefined last-resort path. SHYLDA may recommend a next step, but it cannot decide release or return or move money.
