What information SHYLDA may collect

Depending on how you use SHYLDA, the platform may collect categories of information such as account details, contact information, Deal details, proofs and dispute materials, communications, support requests, device or log information, and information received from service providers or counterparties involved in a Deal.

Where SHYLDA relies on licensed financial partners to support buyer-owned balance or virtual-account functionality, additional identity, KYC, compliance, or banking-related information may also be collected or relayed where required by law or by those regulated partners.

If you only visit the public website, the information involved may be limited to standard website and hosting data. If you create an account or transact, the information collected is broader because the service depends on identity, Deal context, and evidence quality.

2

How SHYLDA uses information

SHYLDA uses information to operate the service, maintain account access, structure Deals, support proofs and disputes, respond to users, improve the product, protect the platform from fraud or abuse, and meet legal or operational obligations.

  • Operate Deal flows and account access
  • Support regulated-partner onboarding or compliance checks where required
  • Support customer service and communication
  • Review suspicious activity and platform abuse
  • Maintain records that are necessary for disputes, auditing, or lawful obligations
3

When information may be shared

SHYLDA may share information with service providers who support hosting, communications, infrastructure, security, analytics, or regulated payment and banking services if and when those tools are used. Information may also be shared with counterparties where the Deal itself requires it, or where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect users or the platform.

SHYLDA does not describe itself as selling user data. If data sharing practices change materially, this page should be updated clearly.

4

Retention and security

SHYLDA keeps information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, handle disputes, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary records. Different data types may have different retention periods, especially where regulated financial-partner or KYC requirements apply.

No online system can promise absolute security. SHYLDA aims to use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but users should understand that digital systems always involve some risk.

5

Access, correction, deletion, and other requests

If you want to request access, correction, or deletion, contact support@shylda.com. SHYLDA may need to verify identity before acting on a request, and some information may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute-related, or regulated-partner compliance reasons even after a deletion request is received.

6

Children, international use, and policy updates

SHYLDA is not intended for unlawful use by children or for activity that violates applicable age requirements. If the platform expands across jurisdictions, data may be processed in more than one location depending on providers and operations.

This policy may be updated over time as the product, launch markets, and service providers evolve. The latest update date should always appear at the top of the page.
