1

Fraud, impersonation, and deception are prohibited.

Do not impersonate another person or business, misrepresent goods or services, falsify delivery or proof records, or create Deals you do not intend to honor.

2

Illegal or unsafe Deals are prohibited.

Do not use SHYLDA for unlawful goods or services, prohibited items, stolen property, exploitative content, or conduct that puts users, partners, or the platform at risk.

3

Do not abuse trust features or dispute flows.

SHYLDA does not permit behavior designed to manipulate outcomes or weaponize the platform against another user.

  • Filing dishonest disputes
  • Submitting fabricated evidence
  • Using off-platform pressure to force confirmation or release
  • Repeatedly creating fake or spam Deals
4

Do not attack, scrape, or overload the service.

Unauthorized automation, scraping, probing, or interference with SHYLDA systems is not allowed. That includes attempts to bypass permissions, reverse engineer sensitive flows, or degrade the service for others.

5

What SHYLDA may do in response

Depending on severity, SHYLDA may warn, pause, restrict, review, suspend, or permanently remove access. Where necessary, information may also be preserved or disclosed to support legal, safety, or fraud-prevention processes.
